Booth Equipment: 10x10 booths will be set with 8’ high Burgundy and White back drape, 3’ high white side dividers, and 7”x44” one-line identification sign. Booth packages also includes one 6’x30 burgundy draped table, and (2) side chairs, and (1) wastebasket.

The exhibit hall IS carpeted.
Discount price deadline date
In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the price sheet, we must receive your order and payment by February 7, 2008.

Warehouse will receive shipments Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00A – 4:00P.
Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning January 21, 2008, at the above address. Materials after February 14, 2008 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Materials must arrive by February 19, 2008.
