Show Information:
The SEAA Exhibit Hall will be located in the Lakeside Pavilion at the Kingston Plantation Embassy Suites Main Hotel. A designated area adjacent to the parking lot will sectioned off for any registered exhibitor to display their oversized equipment and/or hands on demonstrations. Exhibitors requiring outside space must contact Tom Underhill, Executive Director ( executivedirector@seaa.net) . In order to reserve outside exhibitor space all exhibitors must provide specifications of equipment size.
Booth Information:
Booth Equipment: 10x10 booths will be set with 8’ high Blue and Gold back drape, 3’ high blue side dividers, and 7”x44” one-line identification sign. Warehouse will receive shipments Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Convention Makers, Inc. will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, February 20, 2012, at the above address. Last date for Warehouse deliveries is Monday, March 5, 2012. All orders and shipments due Wednesday, March 7, 2012 (late charges will apply.) Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
