The SEAA Safety & Education Committee will host the 11th Annual SEAA Golf Outing on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the “BRAND NEW” Stoney Creek Golf course, in Stoney Creek, North Carolina.

Festivities will begin Thursday morning, around 10:30am with practice balls, putting contest, registration and lunch under the Clubhouse Veranda. Immediately following the tournament SEAA will host the Prize & Awards Banquet with light appetizers at the 19 th Hole Shelter.

There’s no question if you enjoyed playing at Stoney Creek Golf before the 2010 renovations you’ll be extremely pleased and challenged when you see the “extensive renovations”. All 18 greens will be re-built and all sand bunkers on the property will be re-constructed and filled with new sand. In addition, holes number 1, 5, 7, and 9 will have a brand new look upon completion and the clubhouse will be remodeled!

Last year’s proceeds over $7,000.00 dollars was successfully earmarked, and funded the (3) new training programs featured below - for the steel erection industry. The SEAA Safety & Education Committee now has over 20+ safety and training modules to its credit, most of which are Bilingual programs. SEAA welcomes these new programs to its steel erection training resources:

Training Module#1 : Installation of Metal Deck/Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
Training Module#2: Revision to: Detailing Guide “new” CAD sketches
Training Module#3: Signal Person Training Program (All states and program was adopted to include the newly adopted crane standards by NC)
