Peer Group
Successfully launched nationally in 2022, Steel Connections is designed to be a small local peer group comprised of about 20 or so industry people just like you. There is no selling whatsoever; just good old-fashioned conversations about topics capable of moving you and your business forward. Everything is private; nobody takes notes, and nothing is recorded.
At no charge to you, the Steel Connections peer group is designed to bring the industry together for a collaborative conversation about the latest news and market developments as well as create an environment in which we can learn from each other. We know all too well that running a steel business is a difficult undertaking.
SEAA values steel businesses of all shapes, sizes and ages. Erectors, rodbusters, crane operators, fabricators, and general contractors are all invited to participate in this community building group.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Interested in Speaking to a Select Group of Area Erectors?
Meet & Greet Sponsorships provide vendors and service suppliers a chance to present a short non-promotional presentation to an exclusive group of erectors, fabricators, and contractors. SEAA is seeking 3 vendors or service providers who will partner with us in inviting local erectors to this networking event. If you are interested in sponsoring a future SEAA Meet & Greet event, please contact Kathy Epperson at [email protected]. |

Learn more about Steel Erectors Association of America
Steel Erectors Association of America (SEAA) was founded in 1972 with the goal of promoting safety, education and training for the steel trades. As a collective body of steel erectors, fabricators, suppliers and general contractors, SEAA provides a forum for facilitating your business and safety goals.
Recently due to the shortage in the workforce, our efforts have focused on recruiting, training, and retaining ironworkers. SEAA keeps its members connected through monthly newsletters, the quarterly Connector magazine, quarterly meetings, golf tournaments, and annual Convention & Trade Show.
