If you’re wondering how to get the most out of SEAA membership, consider this session your guide to tapping free or low-cost benefits to help you manage or market your business.

Erectors using AI from Bid Day to Topping Out
Forward-thinking companies are leveraging AI to transform workflows, increasing capacity and productivity. This panel discussion led by Chris Legnon, Cooper Steel’s VP of Technology, will touch on strategies for adoption and managing risk during implementation.

BREAKOUT:
The Employee Benefits Game Show
Inspired by the “Price is Right,” this lively session makes understanding the latest trends in employee benefits fun. Learn about healthcare costs, price transparency, benchmarking employee benefits, and how to leverage data to make decisions.

Mass Timber Momentum: Expanding Opportunities for Steel Erectors
Available as Virtual Session
Mass timber is a rapidly emerging segment of the construction market, creating opportunities for contractors and erectors nationwide. This moderated panel will feature SEAA members who have successfully expanded their services to include mass timber construction. Panelists will share how they leveraged training, partnerships, and industry resources to support their transition and strengthen their competitive edge. Attendees will gain practical insights and actionable steps for entering the mass timber market.

Workforce Development Strategies for Recruitment and Retention
The investment in structured, skills-based training directly correlates with retention, jobsite safety, and workforce quality. This panel explores how training linked with career advancement attracts and retains underrepresented groups, including women. Panelists, led by Kate Ouellette, Sales & Marketing Manager for GWY, will dig into fresh industry data showing that companies providing structured training see higher retention (84%), stronger recruitment pipelines.

BREAKOUT:
The Financial PM: Transforming Project Managers into Cash Flow Champions
Today, the jobsite and the balance sheet need to be more connected than ever. Yet, many subcontractors are missing a key link: project managers (PMs) who are empowered to influence cash flow. PMs sit at the intersection of job progress, customer relationships, and billing, giving them unique insight into the factors that speed up or stall payment. Learn how to make financial awareness a core part of the PM role, with clear protocols, smarter workflows, and stronger alignment between field and finance.

BREAKOUT:
How Leaders Drive Results
We often hear the mantra: “Results drive business.” But as business managers, how do we drive results? Intentional methodology is key. How can managers make sure those methods are sustainable. This session will push attendees to adopt strong leadership principles into their day-today practices.
