the development of our Ironworker tradesman at a time when tradesman shortages are at an all-time high.

SEAA Craft Training Awards will be presented during the annual convention. Winners will be recognized and will receive coverage in the SEAA Connector Magazine.

The SEAA Safety Excellence Awards are presented to steel erection companies who go above and beyond in the effort to provide their Ironworkers a safe place to work. These companies are proactive in their safety mindset and when compared to their steel erection peers excel at protecting their employees.
